  • How do I check room availability?

    The easiest way to check availability, prices, discounts and make bookings, is using our Online Reservation System:  Book Directly Here and get 10% off . Click here.

  • Do you serve breakfast or any other meals at the hotel?

    We do not offer breakfast or any other meals in our Hotel. There are many restaurants and Pubs nearby serving Traditional English Breakfast.  We have arranged some discounts for our customers at select restaurants. Full details can be provided at reception.  Please see a list of local eateries  in our About Us page.

  • Do you accept group bookings?

    We can accommodate up to 25 people at very competitive rates. Please contact us with your requirements

  • What are your booking conditions?

    We have 2 types of bookings: Standard and Non-refundable

    Standard Rate Bookings 

    You can cancel or change dates (subject to availability) with no penalty up to 2 days before arrival date.

    In order to guarantee your booking, we will pre-authorize (not charge) the amount of the first night on your card. There will be No Charge if cancellation is 48hrs before your arrival date

    If cancelled later or in case of no show, the first night will be charged on your card.

    Non- Refundable   Rate Bookings  

    The full amount of the booking is charged at the time of booking

    No refund will be made in the event of cancellation or no-show.

    Please note that bookings made on a non-refundable rate cannot normally be modified

    Covid -19 related cancellation for Non- Refundable booking will receive a hotel voucher redeemable towards a future stay at the hotel. Changes are subject to availability and rate differences. Stays must be completed within 6 months.


  • Do you have car parking facilities?

    We don't have a private car park.

    You can park in the street but there is a charge for this between 8am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Free street parking over the weekends.

    There is a private NCP park 8-minutes’ walk from the hotel. 



  • Do you have facilities for disabled people?

    Our rooms are spread over 4 floors and there are no lifts in the hotel. This is a 19th Century building, therefore due of the nature of the building itself, wheelchair access to most rooms is very limited and some rooms have steps to the bathroom as well. If you are concerned about room access because of a disability it is advisable to Contact Us prior to making a booking and we will be able to advise you of the different options available

  • How do I reach the hotel?

    Our hotel is only a few minutes ‘walk from Pimlico Station and Victoria train, underground and coach stations. Easily accessible from all London Airports.

  • Do you sell tickets for Attractions and Tours?

    We sell all London Hop on Hop Off tours by bus, Thames River Cruises and many other attractions such as Harry Potter World etc. Please contact reception if you want to book in advance. 

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    All Major Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro 

    Cash: we accept British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) and US Dollars (USD)

    Bank transfer: We accept advance transfer payments to our UK bank account; please Contact Us if you wish to pay by bank transfer

  • What is your check in time?

    Our official check-in time 2pm

    If you arrive earlier on your arrival day and the room is ready, then you can check-in earlier

    If you arrive before 2pm and your room is not ready, then you can leave your luggage for free in our luggage storage area

    Our reception is open 24 hours so you can check-in at any time (from 2pm onwards)


  • What is the check out time ?

    Rooms must be vacated no later than 10.30am on the departure day

    If you want to check-out later than 10.30am then you must confirm this in advance with reception

    If your flight/train leaves in the evening, you can leave your luggage in the storage area at reception and enjoy your day in London

    Luggage can be left for free until midday but after that there is a charge of £2 per item


  • Do you have luggage storage facilities?

    We offer 24-hour luggage storage in our reception

    Hotel guests can leave their bags at reception free of charge before check-in

    On the day of check-out bags can be left until midday after which it costs £2 per bag until midnight

    If you want to leave your luggage for more than 1 day, the service costs £5 per bag per day


  • What is the hotel's policy on Smoking?

    All rooms and public areas of the hotel are strictly NON- SMOKING

  • What is your Covid 19 Update?

    Our number one priority continues to be the health and well-being of our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve.

    As we navigate this unprecedented time together, we wanted to update you on the procedures we are implementing as we reopen our HOTEL

    Incorporating the guidance of world health organizations, local governments, our new procedures include:

    • Health Checks: We do  health checks before every shift and must stay home if they are feeling unwell.

    • Social Distancing:  We have a protective screen at reception, guests must maintain at least 1m  of distance between themselves and others.We try to make contact at reception as short as possible

    • Cleaning and Disinfecting: High-touch surfaces will be disinfected after every use, and we will continue to conduct additional cleanings and provide hand sanitizer at Reception for guest use when checking in.

    • Face Coverings:  We strongly encourage all guests to wear face coverings to protect themselves and others.

    We are encouraging pre-payment online at higher discounted rate to avoid contact at reception 

    Contactless check in also implemented 

    We are reducing support with luggage and the number of times rooms are being serviced during your stay 

    By prioritizing safety, we are hopeful that together we can all make a difference.
